The question I have for you today, is 'who are you really?' Because as leaders, it is so so important to know ourselves deeply, to make sure we do not project our own pain and limiting beliefs onto the people around us. Doing the work is our responsibility as leaders (5 & half minutes).

Standing alone as a leader
