It’s been quite a long time coming, but I am thrilled with the result. Sovereign, Sexy & Free (lovingly called ‘SSF’) is a beautiful way to truly reconnect with yourself and to discover how you can organise your life in such a way that it fits who you truly are and what you really want.

The program itself is a combination of different ways to work together: live meetings, online classes, 1:1 sessions and an absolutely awesome retreat at the beach. All of this creates the opportunity to do both do a LOT ànd go very deep, through which real development can come into being. YAY!

Because I want to create a group of well matched women, who can inspire and support each other, participation is by application only. But as I already know you quite well, and I know you would be great for the program, we can limit that to just the 1:1 session to get clear on your goals.
