Delivering Happiness by Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh is fun to read and really valuable. People and the relations between them really make all the difference in the success of a company and Tony Hsieh’s book beautifully shows that Zappos makes the absolute most of that.
Hsieh also offers some great, easy to implement ideas to build people happines and company culture.
I’m especially taken by the culture book: a collection of short statements of all employees on the company culture.
What a brilliant tool to build and maintain your companies culture!
