I believe we’ve come to a point where New Leaders are on the rise.

This manifesto is one for that new generation of powerful leaders.

People who know that to lead others, they have to first lead themselves.

I want this to be a head’s up for all of you New Leaders out there,

because truthfully, being a New Leader isn’t always easy. It requires introspection, trust and awareness to be able to do all this.

Knowing that there are more people out there following this path may be a consolation.
I know it is for me.
